In the 1901 Ireland County Mayo census, Richard Gill age 79 is living in Derrygorman  with his wife Bridget (69) and children William (38) and Katie (26).  Richard is a farmer.  Also living with them is their niece (or granddaughter) Mary McHale (9).  Derrygorman is in the parish of Aghagower in the barony of Murrisk.

The assumption was made that this is the same Richard and Bridget based on the age of Katie/Catherine (26 in the census and born 1873 from LDS) as well as the birthplace for daughter Mary, listed as Derrygoman from LDS.
